Welcome to the Mullen Theatre Dance Studios. The school that is dedicated to hard work, commitment and fun. We are a family business that has been established since 1948.

My mum, Audrey Hale, started the school at the age of 19. After returning from tour as a dancer she decided she wanted to come back to Leeds to start the Mullen School. With help from my dad, Peter Hale, who played the piano in class, they worked tirelessly to keep the school running. Without mum's vision of what a theatre school should be and my dad's support and dedication, we would not be here today celebrating the achievements of our wonderful kids.
